| 11th April | Sold off house of furniture and all my tools, motors etc except 3 ½ B. S. A. Marie went to Durban |
| 13th April | Transferred from Stubbs to No 6 shaft (Block A) as section Mine Captain Puckey Senior Mine Captain and Cooper section mine Capt[ain] went home on May 9th for 6 months trip. Thomas the other sect Mine Capt[ain] went to No 8 shaft. W Mills is sent to Block A as Senior M C from No 8 and Russell from No11 as Sect M Capt[ain] on lower section. I take over the upper section. |
